Service / land, colonies, records
A managed yard.
A usable district file.
One engagement to organize placement, colony care and the documentation your tract needs.
Illustration only, not a site plan or evidence of installed colonies.
First, a tract-specific proposal
Balcones reviews your use and history, confirms district requirements, evaluates site access and seeks placement options. We progress feasibility, scope and written commercial terms using the facts you have already supplied.
Agree the service responsibilities
The proposal addresses location, access, water, clearance, on-site duration, inspection frequency, feeding and treatment, colony-loss replacements, travel and a written price. Applicable Beekeeper Registration and required credentials or insurance are confirmed for the eventual provider before agreement.
TAIS: Beekeeper Registration replaced apiary registration. The former intrastate permit is no longer offered; an interstate permit is not its replacement.
The proposed district file
PROPOSED STRUCTURE / NOT COMPLETED RECORDS
- Tract summary. County, parcel, gross land, stated eligible area, use and history.
- Agreed site map. Yard, access, water and clearance, after review.
- Dated evidence. Actual inspection records, colony counts, photo index and replacements.
- Agreement summary. Parties, acreage, duration and responsibilities.
- Filing notes. Applicable forms, evidence, dates and open district questions.
The owner files with support. The appraisal district decides valuation.
What happens today
Your request is recorded with a reference number. Balcones Apiary Co. evaluates district rules, eligible area, use history and site needs, seeks managed-placement options and replies by email to the address you leave with feasibility, proposed scope and written terms for placement, care and documentation. Nothing is ordered or committed until you agree written terms. Contact details are kept apart from the requirement, while we correspond or do business and for 24 months after, so a later request picks up where it left off; ask us to delete them at any time.
